Mark A Lies II, is an Labor and Employment law attorney and partner with Seyfarth Shaw, LLP, 131 S. Dearborn Street, Suite 2400, Chicago, Il 60603, mlies@seyfarth.com, 312 460 5877. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, DePaul University School of Law and was a Commissioned Officer in the US Navy from 1968-1974 and is a Vietnam veteran. The program will cover OSHA revised Recordkeeping rule, including the requirement for an employer to develop an anti retaliation policy by Nov. 1 which deals with reporting injuries and illnesses, post accident drug screens, incentive programs, timely reporting of injuries and illnesses and electronic filing of OSHA Logs and related documents.  You will learn about how to develop a policy, train employees and maintain the program. You will also learn about the civil penalties that can occur if there is non compliance.
